Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Town Council conducted its annual performance review of Town Attorney Andrew Miller on May 12, 2016. Pursuant to the employment agreement, the Council may consider amending the provisions regarding salary and benefits. The Council is scheduled to discuss the evaluation and possible compensation adjustment in executive session. Any change in compensation requires approval in a public meeting.
