Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Per the existing Employment Agreement between the Town and Town Manager, Kevin Burke, an annual performance evaluation shall occur (section 8). The performance evaluation is for the calendar year (2015). Per section 7.1, depending upon the performance evaluation Burke’s base salary may be increased. Said evaluation and possible compensation adjustment will be discussed and determined in executive session. Any change in compensation requires the Employment Agreement to be amended in public session.
