Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This Study Session will review, in summary, the discussion from the Fall City Council Retreat regarding the Expenditure Limitation Rule and its impact on the Town of Paradise Valley. The purpose of the meeting is to explore the possible permanent base adjustment that would be appropriate to request in a November 2016 election. This is meant to be an initial discussion. An actual resolution calling for a ballot question does not need to be decided until June of 2016.
