Recommendation
Cancel the December 17, 2020 regular Council meeting.
Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
There are currently no agenda items scheduled for the December 17th meeting. It has been suggested that the meeting be cancelled. Section II of the Town Council Rules and Procedures provide that the Council shall meet twice a month except for July and August. However, Section XIX states that the Council may suspend its rules by a majority vote.
It would be appropriate for the Town Council to consider cancelling the meeting and take action at the December 3rd meeting.

No budgetary impact.
