Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Arizona will host Super Bowl LVII in 2023. The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee has requested an opportunity to address the Council to discuss partnership opportunities. For a suggested investment of $341,959, the Host Committee will encourage the use of Paradise Valley venues for Official Super Bowl and Host Committee events and highlight the Town’s resorts in promotional materials.
When the Super Bowl was held here in 2015, the Host Committee requested $180,000 in financial support. The Town Council authorized $75,000 paid in equal installments over a three-year period.
