Background
The property at 8200 N Charles Drive currently contains a 4,600 ft? residence constructed in 1974. The existing property has a gross disturbance of 24,680 ft? (52.86%).

Variance
A variance was acquired to address existing non-conforming configurations of the residence and to allow the garage to encroach into the 40 ft front setbacks.

Garage
