RECOMMENDATION:
Discussion with possible direction of construction manager at risk construction contract with Achen-Gardner Construction LLC and construction management services contract with Wood Patel & Associates.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Construction is anticipated to begin in January 2020 and be completed by the end of February 2021.
