Discussion of Change Orders for Town Hall Remodel Project

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The study session will provide an opportunity for Council to review four potential updates to the Town Hall remodel. Staff will present considerations for the installation of art work at the front entrance, configuration of the ceiling, office furniture, and the previously approved shade structure. In the interest of continuing the project that is currently underway, Council will be asked to consider taking action during the September 26, 2019 business meeting.
