Recognize Ed Lowry for displaying his art works in Town Hall and accept his donated photograph.
Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Mayor and Council will recognize Town resident, former Mayor, and photography Ed Lowry for sharing with Town staff, visitors and residents his photographs of the Grand Canyon from October 2018 to September 2019. Mr. Lowry will donate one of his framed photographs to the Town. The PV Arts Board will present a gift as a token of the Town’s appreciation.
