SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this agenda item is to provide a general overview of the Town’s current Financial Management Polices and other priorities that are framing the Recommended Budget.
Staff will highlight the more impact policies and all policies that are recommended to be adopted as new and those recommended for omission along with the explanation as to why.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
The Town’s Policies and Priorities drive the framework for the development of the budget.
