SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Town Manager Kevin Burke submitted his resignation on June 12, 2018 to accept a position with another municipality.  Following a nationwide search and comprehensive selection process, the Town Council awarded an employment agreement to Mark Perkins on October 25, 2018 with a job start date of January 2, 2019.  On December 21, 2018, the Town Council voted to rescind and terminate the Town Manager employment agreement at Mr. Perkin’s request.

 

Mayor Bien-Willner scheduled this item to give the Council and opportunity to discuss the next steps in the recruitment process for a permanent Town Manager.
