Town's General Plan 2012 calls for specific roadway cross-sections to be consistent throughout town limits.

Council Goals or Statutory Requirements:
Infrastructure: For efficient and effective execution, review and seek improvements for the planning, timing, and coordination of infrastructure maintenance and enhancement.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation
Provide direction on the Doubletree Ranch Road Reconstruction Project from among the following options (in no particular order):
1a) Design with roundabout at Invergordon Rd
1b) Design without roundabout at Invergordon Rd
2) Entry only (as presented at Nov 15, 2018 Council Meeting)
3) Redesign with additional public input (potential resident task force)
4) Table project (re-assess project priority with annual CIP update)
Background

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff will present the project options shown above to the Town Council for review and for direction.
Two public meetings were held in 2018 on April 25 and September 12. In addition, two council meetings were held recently, where staff presented to Council a project update with full design on Nov 1 and, at the request of Council, for the entry only on Nov 15 for public input. Based on the public input, Council was provided the above options for their consideration and action.
