Detaching and meandering the sidewalk along this portion of the project will improve the overall aesthetics.

Authorize the Town Manager to execute an IGA between the Town of Paradise Valley and the City of Phoenix for sidewalk improvements along Lincoln Drive.
Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Town of Paradise Valley previously received a $2 million grant from the Federal Government for the installation of a new meandering sidewalk along Lincoln Drive. Part of the sidewalk project, along the western town limits, directly abuts the City of Phoenix's right-of-way, see the attached project map (Attachment A).
In order to provide a meandering detached sidewalk along the north side of Lincoln Drive, the town approached the City of Phoenix to request permission to install the sidewalk within their right-of-way.
