Approve Eric Leibsohn to serve a one-year term as Chair of the Board of Adjustment.
Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On May 2, 2018, the Board of Adjustment unanimously selected Eric Leibsohn to serve a one-year term as chair. Mr. Leibsohn has served on the Board of Adjustment since 2011. This is his first term as chair. Pursuant to Town Code Section 2-5-3, the Council must either approve or reject the selection within 30-days.
He is an architect with Eric Leibsohn + Associates specializing in space planning, construction documentation, commercial, industrial, medical, restaurant, tenant improvements, retail, education and childcare facilities, site planning and preliminary investigations for new parcels.
