Background

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Doubletree Ranch Road is classified as a Minor Arterial between Tatum Boulevard and Scottsdale Road per the Town's Approved 2012 General Plan. The limits of the proposed project include Doubletree Ranch Road between Invergordon Road and Scottsdale Road. The remaining portions of Doubletree Ranch Road have already been constructed to the appropriate cross section. The cross section proposed includes a meandering alignment with one travel lane in each direction, one bike lane in each direction, a raised landscape median, and a six foot sidewalk along the north side of the roadway.
