The Town Council may go into executive session to confer with the Town Attorney for legal advice regarding zoning and other standards applicable to group homes, assisted living homes, and sober living homes as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) and pending or potential litigation regarding same as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(4).
