Refer to the Board of Adjustment public hearing action report on Case No. BA-16-8 for the background information regarding the variance request from the Zoning Ordinance, Article XXII, Hillside Development Regulations, to allow development for a new single family residence to exceed the allowable amount of disturbed area.  The property is located at 5211 E.
