It is recommended the Town Council award a contract to Dibble Engineering in the amount of $420,051.
Background

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Over the past three years the Town of Paradise Valley and the Phoenix Metro Region have experienced a number of intense storm events, causing damage to private and public property. In February and April 2015 Town Council held community conversations to better understand the issues, concerns of residents, and potential challenges. As part of this process, staff identified six distinct watersheds within the town. Recognizing a need to address these concerns and challenges, the Town Council included in the Capital Improvement Plan funds to study the watersheds in three consecutive fiscal years.

In June of 2015 the Town solicited requests for qualifications for engineering services to study existing conditions, identify erosion, flooding, and drainage issues and provide a master drainage plan for the Cherokee and Cheney Watersheds.
