Adopt Resolution 2018-17 and the Organizational Guidelines for the “PV Arts Board”
Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Resolution 2018-17 is the formal adoption of a resolution for the committee formerly known as the “Paradise Valley Arts Committee”, which will be renamed as the “PV Arts Board”. The “PV Arts Board” will officially adopt the changes to the Organizational Guidelines. The Organizational Guidelines will align the “PV Arts Board” with standard practices with other boards, commissions and committees.
