SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The town owns 36 parcels at various locations within its municipal boundary totaling approximately 53 acres.  These parcel uses range from Town services (Town Hall complex, Fire Stations, etc.), open space (Berniel Channel, Goldwater Memorial), right-of-way, easements, and some unused parcels.  To facilitate the discussion staff has prepared the attached presentation to highlight each individual parcel including its size, current use, possible future uses, and the uses of adjacent properties.

 

Staff has also sent out a letter notifying property owners within 1,000 feet of each parcel of this agenda item and inviting them to attend.  A total of nearly 2,000 letters were sent out.
