Request
On May 4, 2015, Five Star Development Resort Communities applied for a major amendment to the Ritz-Carlton SUP. The Development Agreement tells how the SUP will be implemented.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this study session is to provide the Town Council with a final opportunity to review Ordinance Number 696 which adopts the Development Agreement for this SUP. See the staff report for the action item (16-020) for a complete summary of the agreement.
