BACKGROUND:
Background
Attached please find a proposed version of the Town Code addressing changes to the following sections on noise: 8-10-2 B, 8-10-2 D and 10-7-5. Planning Commission action will be a recommendation to Town Council.
As per Council direction, I have only addressed construction and leaf blower noise. Although additional sections of the noise code may need to be addressed, these will be done at a later time and are not part of the Quality of Life Initiatives.
