Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Section XIV of the Town Council Rules and Procedures provides that a motion to reconsider any action taken by the Town Council may be made only on the day the action was taken or at the next regular meeting of the Council. The motion may only be made by a Member who voted in the majority, but may be seconded by any Member.
Council Member Hamway, who voted in the majority on December 21, requested that this item be added to the agenda.
A vote on this motion is a separate from the SUP. In other words, approval of this motion does not mean the SUP is denied. If this motion is approved, it reopens debate and voting options on the SUP which would follow immediately on the agenda.
