Authorize the Town Manager to execute the Third Amendment to the Linking Agreement (CON-25-035-PBW-A3) with The HVAC Company for replacement of HVAC equipment at Fire Stations 91 and 92, increasing the contract amount by $60,000 in Fiscal Year 2026.
