SUMMARY STATEMENT:
During 2016, the Volunteers of the Paradise Valley Police Department, under the leadership of Bill Harrington and Larry Fink and under the supervision of Kevin Albert, worked 4010 hours. A full-time employee works 2080 hours per year. Accordingly, the volunteers donated the equivalent of nearly two full time employees to the Paradise Valley Police Department.
The National value of an hour of volunteer time is $23.561. As a result, the volunteers donated the net value of $94,475.60 to the Town of Paradise Valley during 2016.
Chairman Harrington and Vice Chairman Fink will present Mayor Collins a check representing the value of the volunteer time that the volunteers worked.
