BACKGROUND:

Background

Attached please find a redline of the current Town Code addressing changes to the following sections on lighting:  Article 10 Height and Area Regulations, Section 1023 Outdoor Lighting and Illumination: Article 22 Hillside Development Regulations, Section 2208 Outdoor Lighting; Article 25 Signs, Section 2506 Lighting; and Special Use Permit Guidelines, Section 2 Lighting. 

I believe I have incorporated all suggested revisions from the Planning Commission review.  The revisions and attached Ordinance are scheduled for an August 16^th Citizen Review Work Session and a September 9^th Planning Commission hearing.
