Approve and authorize the Town Manager to execute SRP Construction Services Contract No. 4227754 in an amount not to exceed $218,700 and SRP Construction Services Contract No. 4227757 in an amount not to exceed $6,700 for the Rose Lane electric underground utility conversion project.
