Discussion and Possible Action to Approve the First Amendment to the Linking Agreement (CON-25-031-PBW-A1) with M.R. Tanner Development and Construction, Inc for Street Maintenance Services

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation

1.                     Approve implementation of the Fiscal Year 2026/27 Pavement Preservation Program that includes - Invergordon Rd, Chaparral Rd, District 3, Remaining portion of District 6, and a portion of Desert Fairways;

2.                     Approve expenditure of funds from the Pavement Management Budget - Highway Users Revenue Fund (HURF)

3.                     Authorize the Town Manager to execute CON-25-031-PBW, Job Order Number 5, with M.R. Tanner, in the amount of $3,888,159.45 for FY 27.
