Recommendation
Approve the Board of Adjustment’s selection of Richard Chambliss to serve a one-year term as Chair of the Board of Adjustment.
Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On October 7, 2015, the Board of Adjustment selected Richard Chambliss to serve a second one-year term as chair. Pursuant to Town Code Section 2-5-3, the Council must either approve or reject the selection within 30-days. Members are allowed to serve two consecutive terms as chair.
Board Member Chambliss has served on the Board of Adjustment since 2012. Mr. Chambliss is an attorney with Broening Oberg Woods & Wilson. He received his law degree from Arizona State University and specializes in real estate and commercial matters with an emphasis in litigation.
