BACKGROUND:

Background

The Planning Commission tabled this item at the August 16^th meeting. At a previous work session it was noted that the title “Blight” shall be changed to “Property Maintenance” or “Property Nuisance”.  It was also noted that the Town Code and Property Maintenance Code do not address properties during construction so additional research is needed on this topic.
