Approve and authorize the Town Manager to execute the Sixth Amendment to the Linking Agreement with Level 7 Technologies, LLC dba Aspen Technologies (CON-25-036-POL-A6) for information technology infrastructure services increasing the not-to-exceed contract amount from $95,780.96 to $118,994.55.
