Attached is a memo from the Mayor and Vice Mayor outlining a discussion scheduled for the November 17, 2016 Study Session regarding staff communication with Council.
The goal is for the Town Council to discuss and provide direction regarding: communication with councilmember-elects, communication of attorney-client privileged information, and communication of Town Manager weekly reports.
