Authorize the Town Manager to execute a Master Services and Hosting Agreement with Selectron Technologies, Inc for Building Inspections Interactive Voice Response substantially in the form attached and pursuant to GSA and authorize a contingency transfer in the amount of $6,000.

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Developers and residents utilize Interactive Voice Response to schedule inspections with the Community Development Department. The current Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) eVision continues to have service interruptions. The system has exceeded its warranty and life cycle, and the company will no longer provide support.
Selectron's Interactive Voice Response system is a fully automated, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, call-in building permit inspection scheduling solution that will replace the current end-of-life solution. The solution is hosted by Selectron Technologies Inc, which will resolve the continued service interruptions we have experienced with the prior system.
