RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation

Authorize implementation of the Fiscal Year 2024/25 Pavement Preservation Program that includes- 40th St, Lincoln Dr and a portion of Section 2; approve expenditure of funds from the Pavement Management Budget - Highway Users Revenue Fund (HURF); authorize the Town Manager to execute CON-25-031-PBW, with M.R. Tanner, including related job orders in the amount of $1,742,906.70 for FY 25 and $4,341,915.55 for FY 26 pending Town Council approval of FY 26 HURF Budget.
