RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation
Authorize the Town Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc to prepare a comprehensive Stormwater Management Master Plan in an amount not to exceed $631,935; approve, and authorize the Mayor, to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Flood Control District of Maricopa County for the Stormwater Management Master Plan Development and cost share; and waive the 14-day waiting period to execute the agreements.
