RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation

Approve the Quail Run North preliminary plat (with the modification to exceed the 500 foot limit on a dead end street), located at 6316 N Quail Run Road and 6927 N Quail Run Road, subdividing approximately 5-acres of property into four (4) residential R-43-zoned properties and dedicating 25 feet of the eastern portion of Lot 1 as North Quail Run Road right-of-way, subject to the stipulations in the Staff Report.
