RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation

Approve the Quail Run South preliminary plat (with the modification to exceed the 500 foot limit on a dead end street and the modification not to dedicate the adjoining 25 feet of right-of-way), located at 6310 N Quail Run Road, subdividing an approximately 5-acre property into four (4) residential R-43-zoned properties and the creation of one new public road (East Quail Run North), subject to the stipulations in the Staff Report.
