RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation

Authorize the Town Manager to execute CON-24-010-PBW, Amendment No. 5 with M.R. Tanner in the amount of $1,212,781.00 for the FY 2024 Pavement Preservation Program and waive the 14-day contract execution wait period.
