Provide direction to staff about Alarm Monitoring Next Generation (NG) Services
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In April 2019, Council provided staff direction to:
• Conduct a subscriber survey to gauge interest in Next Generation Alarm Services
• Provide Council a cost breakdown for the Town and the subscriber
• Provide a staff time impact for allowing NG services
This presentation will present the requested information.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
There is possibility of minimally increasing Alarm monitoring revenues if NG services were offered by the Town.
