Recommendation
Cancel the June 23, 2016 regular Town Council meeting.
Background
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Section II of the Town Council Rules and Procedures provide that the Council shall meet twice a month except for July and August. However, Section XIX states that the Council may suspend its rules by a majority vote.
Mayor Collins has suggested cancelling the June 23, 2016 Council meeting because a quorum of the Council may not be present.
